I wrote earlier in the week about Rolling Stone's parody of Jesus and wondered what would happen if Kanye West pretended to be Muhammad instead.
Short answer: extremists would lose their g*ddamn minds. (Okay. That's redundant.)
Freaky fundies are, once again, giving Islam a bad name. I have no problem with Muslim's anger toward a perceived slight. However, causing danger that might hurt or kill innocent people is against the very religion they are claiming to revere.
Will someone besides Bill O'Reilly call them on it?

I am sorry, but I dont see how "fundies" are giving anyone a bad name here. All they are doing, at least the US Republicans, are saying that soldiers shouldnt be defacing or devaluing other peoples freedom of religion.
Why all the hatin? I thought democrats were all for 'equality' and 'freedom'???
I suppose that means that only the atheists apply to the "freedom of religion" rule, and the only time when its not okay to kill people is when the dems rule likewise. Everything else is considered a civil right, at least those that are acceptable to Ds.
This was not ony the first time visiting your hate filled site, but the last. I dont like listening to hateful spew. And BTW, Im Libertaritan.

No one will call the musilim community out because to do so would admit that maybe it's not such a peaceful religion in it's current state. It's not politically correct. Just like people won't criticize the role of women in that religion. it's a deaf ear the left in this country is willing to turn in order to further disagree with the bush administration. it goes hand in hand. the trend right now is crazy christians bad, crazy muslims good, crazy jews in the middle saying, "what do you want from us?"
