Ginny Brown-Waite Hate

I got this garbage in my mailbox today and wondered aloud, to the dismay of neighbors who cannot wait for me to leave, "Why is she sending me this sh*t?"

Inside were a series of slanted questions meant to gauge voters' views on immigration related issues.

Does she really want your opinion? Not really. The b*tch has already made up her mind and lists a litany of nauseating policy positions wrapped in fake patriotism.

She hopes these are your views, too. Because misery loves company. This is just one more reason to support a Democrat in November. Retire this embarrassment - once and for all.

Immigrants… I welcome them with open arms!
Loved going to the store and hearing four different languages spoken within a 15-minute period. There are too many freakin’ *Americans* here in the mid-west (and most of the country –save NYC and LA). Yuck.

Could you help those who aren't familiar with this issue by picking one of her points and telling why she's wrong?

Liberal traitors can't support patriots who actually supprot the troop and aren't cut and run morons who would turn this country over to the UN in a heart beat.

It's the way she frames her points that bothers me. She indicates, through not-so-subtle word choices, that immigrants don't attempt to learn our language, that they are depleting Social Security, and that "sealing our borders" is part of the solution.

She's a nut.

GBW strikes me as the kind of person who might make Pat Robertson say "hold on a sec there."

She is scary.

round 'em up and ship 'em back. the illegal immigrant as a positive addition to this country is a myth. they take jobs, cause crime, and effect the overall quality of life for legal immigrants and u.s. citizens. quite frankly, anyone who can't see this is an idiot or lives in a bubble. you may be both.

I'm afraid of Americans.

Well Katie, I agree you with on 99.9 % of what you say on here, but.....I must say, it is very frustrating when I try to call one of my claimants (I work for workmans comp) and they don't speak English. I can't speak with them at all. The Insurance company has to pay for translation and transportation to and from their appointments. I call them and they say they don't speak English, in english, and then hang up on me. On the illegal immigrant issue, I must say if they are illegal, they need to go back. My grandparents came over here on a ship, were quaranteened and changed the spelling of their name bacause the Americans couldn't spell it or pronounce it correctly. They were forced to learn English because they didn't have a choice. There were no Italian speaking employees at every office. Forms were in English, not Italian. If we stop accomodating them, they will learn the language. And I apologize for any misspelled words. Spelling isn't my strong point.

OK, so let's go with the complaint about Social Security:

http://www.fairus.org/site/PageServer?pagename=iic_immigrationissuecenters3acf

After reading that, you might start wondering why Bush wants to give benefits to millions of Mexican citizens, and why he wants to give them a better deal than Americans get. (They would only need to work many fewer quarters to get benefits for instance).

Then, you might want to ask whether you want to end up being on the same side as Bush in this matter.
