It's Much Easier on Your Constitution
Two students came in late the other day and I sent them to get tardy passes. They came back with this handwritten note:
Ms. Robinson,
Martin and Toby* were asleep in my classroom and I was so busy I forgot they
were here. So sorry - please excuse them.
Ms. Miller*
I kid you not.
*names have been changed to protect the innocent and guilty alike

So, did she call you "Ms." because she is unaware of social propriety of titles?
BTW, I've never seen your hubby, but I've seen your papa-in-law, so I'm saying this with the love of the world in my heart....which side of his family did hubby get his looks from?
She called me "Ms" because I don't like "Mrs."
My man resembles his father but doesn't completely look or at all act like him. THANK GOD.
