Good news from the campaign:
An independent poll from Quinnipiac University this morningAs Republican scandals multiply, people all over Florida are growing weary of excuses. Two races are tighter than expected and Democrats are poised to win big.
shows Jim Davis and Charlie Crist are tied in the gubernatorial race. Although
he trailed by 10 points two weeks ago, Jim has now closed the gap to a
statistical tie and has the momentum. The race has moved from 53-43 to 46-44
today. According to Quinnipiac University, Jim's strong movement in the poll is
"almost all because of a 21-point shift to Rep. Davis among independent voters
who went from 50 – 43 percent for Crist to 50 - 36 percent for Davis."
Two weeks to go, b*tches!

OK, latest round up of 7 polls in 5 days:
Mason-Dixon, Crist 50-39
Zogby, Crist 50-41
Rasmussen, Crist 46-41
Quinnipiac, Crist 46-44
Cromer, Crist 49-38
AIF, Crist 46-32
Strat. Vis., Crist 51-42
AVERAGE
CRIST 49%
DAVIS 40%
LINN 1%
OTHERS 1%
UNDECIDED 9%
So do you liberals still only believe one poll? It seems to be the outsider, as it has been for months in this race.
Crist wins easy. Read it and weep.
Uh Kate!
"Jim's string movement"?
Jim Davis went from 43% to 44%.
Davis didn't move anywhere, Charlie just went backwards.

Moderate,
If you research the poll further, it was simply a bad sample. The same sample had Nelson over Harris by 35%, when ALL the other polls have Nelson up 17% to 26%. Quinnipiac needs to perform better samples.
