My Mind is Spinning
House is not selling.
Temporary position with the school district ends in the middle of December. (Took a temp job back in July because the house was supposed to sell by October at the latest, right? Of course, right.)
In addition to single parenting, campaign crap, pressures and hate mail - now I have to look for a job. In Tampa. More than likely, I'm gonna try for something outside education. Just for kicks and giggles because we all know if a prospective employer does a google search, I'm screwed.
Does anyone need a secretary? I know! How about a job with the military?

I opt for the military for several reasons:
Once you're in Iraq, everyone else will want to come home immediately.
No longer will the factions want to fight each other. They will unite and fight you for very personal reasons.
Bush will be so upset that he will resign before the end of his term.
Lynn Cheney will have met her match.
My grandchildren won't have to deal with a mother on a daily basis who thinks every guy who isn't gay, wants to hit on her.
My son will finally feel that he isn't the only one who is far away from home.
Gays hit on me too. Just so you know.
Katie....you're hot.
