It's time to pressure the house and senate to allow abortion to be covered by federal employee and miltary health insurance, and to allow abortions to be performed in military hospitals. If an American service woman's rape by an Iraqi insurgent resulted in pregnancy she'd have to pay for the abortion herself. (extreme hypothetical, but true)
