The Long Goodbye Continues
We have 6 1/2 weeks until school ends. My house has been on the market for over a year.
Lowered the price. Again.
All who believe in the power of prayer - say a few so my house finally sells and you can be rid of me once and for all.
The rest - throw a few positive thoughts my way.

Is there some reason you can't rent it through one of those management firms that works with people on long-term corporate assignments?
We're trying anything and everything. Something's gotta work, right?
They had an article in the Times the other day about hwo the market is flooded right now with so many people trying to sell.
Is there an online listing for the house, Kate? I'd willingly link to it on my blog (and try to promote it elsewhere on the Interweb)
It's online somewhere. Damn if I can find it, though.
Maybe you could use the condo technique of having some poor waving schmo hold a sign on the side of the road. You could even do it yourself, show off that recently tucked body.
Once you're not sore and all, that is.
Maybe this isn't the most ideal way to get your house seen, but how about craigslist? It's free, so it probably couldn't hurt.
Not that I am trying to get rid of you, but I can put it on our work e-bullent board board. We have a few workers out your way that might be looking.

But i dont know anyone here near tampa that would want to move all the way up to pasco county. Its just way too far from tampa, and the beautiful sarasota beaches for that matter.
