Elia Ain't No Oprah
This is what's referred to as our "End of the Year Pep Talk."
An attempt to get teachers active, moving, motivated.
Look around, MaryEllen. Most of your teachers look about as stirred-up as a cesspool.
Where parenting and politics meet, but don't always play nice.

Oh, they look stirred up all right but they look like they are ready for a lynching of their leader instead of pumped about the job they are doing.
Sure, lynchings aren't positive and low-morale teachers tending to our future (the kids) isn't a good thing either but they are mobilized -- in their dislike of Mary Ellen's cesspool of stupid.
It's the "Farm Report"!
As the farm manager says, we need to think about next year. I already started a spiral notebook to keep a log of stuff that is cut or compromised. I will report this at school board meetings.
When the elementary teachers wake up and realize what will be happening in terms of the FCAT rescoring, the PE time, etc., we might get a force together to shout down the crap, and really get some productive change.
