A Message From John Edwards

My friend is working hard for the good Senator from North Carolina. So proud! Her regular emails remind me that he is an honorable man with some great ideas who should not be discounted amidst all the Obama/Clinton noise.

Check it out.

Being a resident of the State of NC, I'm cofident I wouldn't attach the terms "good" or "honorable" to Edwards. All he's doing is playing the time honored "populist" card which so many liberals have itching ears to hear while he lives in a huge house, gets paid $55K to give talks about the poor, and gets in on a really productive hedge fund while claiming he was involved to learn more about the poor. We all should be so fortunate to get to learn more about the poor as Edwards and cash in on it.

Mrs. Bill Clinton is going to win the Dem nomination and she'll destroy anyone who might try and get in her way. If you're seeing old news storys or bad press coming out against the other candidates, it's her election team doing it's job, make no mistake.

One can be wealthy and still care about the poor. Perhaps your experience with Republicans would lead you to believe otherwise, but I assure you - wealthy doesn't automatically mean uncaring.

John Edwards proves it.

I have no idea what you're talking about when you say "experience with Republicans would lead you to believe otherwise." That has nothing to do with anything. Edwards is a liar and a fake, but he says the right lines to people who wanna believe.

And he has a nice $400 haircut.

gatordem - I believe so. Small world.

rw - I was making a joke about how you've never met a caring rich person because they're all in the Repub party and...oh never mind. *sigh* Nobody gets me.

Having never met you I can only go on your words. Remember, 60% of communication is body lauguage, 30% is tone of voice, and only 10% is the actual words. At best I'm only getting 10% from you.

Perhaps a "sarcarsm tag" (for example) --

//sarcarsm on// Hey stupid!! //sarcarsm off//

-- would help. :)

A happy poll.
I don't quite see how happy equates to funny.
But I'll give you that if you'll allow me to equate happy with oblivious.

//put on your humor hats
Is now the time to quote Hemingway?

Perhaps an article by Bill Alin?

Ever notice that the goal of tending herd animals is to keep them fat, dumb, and happy?

//you can remove your humor hat now

If that's the case, then you must be ecstatic.

See, I knew you had a sense of humor.
What took you so long?

Happy, oblivious (in the minds of many, well, 30% or so), aaaand hilarious,

We can equate nothing on this one. Everyone knows Senators are happy and oblivious, certainly not funny.

tried making my own >supersnark< tag but blogger wouldn't accept it as valid HTML

Who's "we?' You got a frog in your pocket?

Given some of the reactions I read in the LW blogosphere, the things they were saying about 80-14 was humorous.
