Is this because your reception at home wasn't so warm and fuzzy? I do not mean this to sound sarcastic. I have traveled the long haul to realize I could have sent a card and it have been far better off and less $$$$ and headache.
Just curious.
My reception was warm and fuzzy from the people who mattered. Many friends and family rearranged schedules and made it a point to spend time with me.
Those that did are worth more than gold.
Plus my parents rock.
So it's all good.
