Oh, yeah, when Rich Guy Edwards gets elected, he'll be able to wave that magic wand and solve all the problems of the world in general, and of insurance companies in particular. Right. Of course.
"Rich Guy" Edwards? Are you high? Anybody who has any chance to get elected to the Presidency (or the Senate) either has a lot of money or is beholden to people who have a lot of money. Edwards at least knew what it was like to be poor, unlike the sons of privilege (both Democratic and Republican) who got their parties' presidential nominations last go-round.
