Can you drink? and what?
Really religious people don't drink at all. I drink water and I also had some tea today. Until we break the fast officially at dinner, that's pretty much it.
My kids tried to fast but had some breakfast bars around 2pm. Then they said they could last until dinner but they keep talking about food. It's killing me!
